We offer both direct employment and contractor positions. Direct employees receive benefits such as health insurance, while contractors manage their own taxes and insurance.

In what currency are employee payments made?
Payments for direct employees are made in local currency (e.g., Colombian pesos), while contractors are paid in USD.

What level of English proficiency is required for the available roles?
For most roles, we require a minimum English proficiency of B2 or higher. If you need to improve, we offer internal English training, starting from the level required for the position. Since few roles need B1, our classes focus on advancing to or strengthening B2, with more formal, business-oriented vocabulary for advanced B2 roles.
